Voici des indications pour le jour du départ.

Les enfants arrivent à l'école à 8h30 lundi matin avec leur valise. Ils sont pris en charge à partir de ce moment. Nous serons présents pour recevoir les médicaments des enfants (si besoin et avec l'ordonnance) et discuter avec vous de tout problème.
Les participants au voyage seront pris en charge par Mrs Oliver et Argentier et Mme Moulin et M Lecacheux
A 11h30 nous mangerons le pique-nique que vous aurez préparé à l'école et nous partirons à 12h30.
De cette manière, nous arriverons à Cours et Buis à 14h.

Here's some additional info for Monday morning.

       When the children arrive at school for 8.30 the teachers will take charge of them. That's when you can hand over any medication that they might need to take during our stay (with the prescription) and chat about any specific needs that they might have.

      The children will spend the morning with Mrs Argentier, Mrs Oliver & Mme Moulin and M.Lecacheux.

        At 11.30 we'll eat our packed lunches and then board the coach and leave at 12.30. We're expected at Cours et Buis at 2pm.
